Our Story
After decades of hands-on experience in concrete work, Kevin and Shannon saw a growing need for reliable, high-quality ready mix concrete in their hometown of Malakoff, Texas, and throughout the surrounding East Texas region. In 2025, they launched Diamond H Ready Mix, Inc. with a clear vision: to bring together technical knowledge, family values, and small-town dependability.
From day one, the focus has been on doing things right — from sourcing premium materials to showing up on time and treating every customer like a partner. The Hazelips didn’t just want to start a business — they wanted to build something lasting for their community and future generations.
